A new babysitter signs up via our app and fills in her profile with information about who she is and what her experience is. In addition, we ask for references: families where she has previously babysat, worked as an au pair, or gained other relevant experience.

After every babysitting service, the parent fills out a rating & review to rate the Babysitting Angel. We continuously monitor these at our office. If a rating is lower than 4 stars, we will of course take action. These reviews from other parents are also always visible to you, which gives a secure feeling!
