Quality, safety, reliability and transparency are Charly Cares’ top priorities. Did you know that every babysitter profile is carefully checked first? We review babysitting experience and motivation, but also carry out a mandatory reference check with the families the babysitter has recently babysat for. Once the personal details have been verified via the iDIN check, the babysitter is added to our Angel base and can be booked by a parent.

We review babysitting experience and motivation, but also carry out a mandatory reference check with the families the babysitter has recently babysat for. Once the personal details have been verified via the iDIN check, the babysitter is added to our Angel base and can be booked by a parent.
To monitor the quality of the babysitting services, the parent is required to provide a rating after each babysitting service in the form of a star rating. We also encourage parents to write a review. The same works the other way around. These ratings are continuously monitored by our staff at our headquarters in Amsterdam. If necessary, we take proactive action to keep the service reliable.

As a babysitter, you may work day shifts, as well as evening and even night shifts. Of course, the Babysitter Angel herself can indicate what she prefers, but the Babysitter Angel must in any case be able to babysit during the day and have gained relevant experience. During the day, children are often most active, so they also need more attention and care.

We do this through our online platform, the Babysitting App. In addition to the Angel liability insurance, the services below are essential to ensuring the quality and safety of Charly Cares.
