We don’t call them Angels for nothing; they’re true stars! Caring by nature, they often have extensive babysitting experience (with families in their neighborhood, but also as an au pair abroad) or work in childcare, for example. Some are studying in the field of education, teacher training, or healthcare. How do we select our Angels? We’re happy to explain that to you!

Babysitting experience
When a new Angel signs up, she must provide two references from families where she has previously babysat. In addition, she fills out her profile with personal information.

In addition to the mandatory iDIN check on personal data, a recruiter from Charly Cares always carries out a personal screening to learn more about the experience and motivation of the Babysitter Angel, with extra attention to experience with babies.

Rating & review
After each babysitting assignment, the parent gives a rating and review to evaluate the Babysitter Angel. We continuously monitor these ratings in our office. If a rating is lower than 4 stars, we take immediate action. Moreover, the reviews are also visible to you. Handy and fun to read!
