Personal check
The babysitter first completes her entire profile when signing up, with a photo, a description and information about who she is. She also completes the mandatory iDIN check on personal data and provides references from previous families she has babysat for. A recruiter from Charly Cares checks the profile and may ask for additional information about her experience.

Of course, it is important that the Babysitting Angel already has experience with babysitting. That is why they provide references from previous babysitting families, or, for example, from a family where they were an au pair. Many Angels have also taught sports classes to children or led other activities. Only after these references have been checked and found to be positive can the Angel continue.
