Babysitting experience
When a new Angel signs up, they must provide two references from families where they have babysat before. They also fill out their profile with detailed information about themselves.

In addition to the mandatory iDIN identity check, a Charly Cares recruiter always conducts a personal check to learn more about the Babysitting Angel's experience and motivation. For example, we inquire about their experience with babies.

Rating & review
After each babysitting service, the parent provides a rating & review to assess the Babysitting Angel. We continuously monitor these ratings at our office. If the rating is below 4 stars, we intervene right away. The reviews are also visible to you, making them both useful and fun to read!
