We don't call them that just randomly: they are real angels! Babysitting experience
When a new Angel signs up, she must provide 2 references from families she has babysat for before. She also fills in information about herself in her profile.

In addition to the mandatory ID check on their personal information, a Charly Cares recruiter always does a personal check to learn more about the experience and motivation of the Babysitting Angel. For example, on baby experience.

Rating & review
After each babysitting service, the parent fills out a rating & review to evaluate the Babysitting Angel. We monitor these continuously in our office. If the rating is below 4 stars, we intervene, of course. The reviews are also visible to you. Handy and fun to read!
