#1 Cheese and Puff Pastry Christmas Tree
These little Christmas trees are very easy to make and they give such a nice result! What you need: puff pastry, grated cheese, egg, cream cheese, cheese, and skewers
Preparation Method
Preheat the oven to 200 ºC. Cut stars out of the puff pastry in four different sizes and brush them with egg. Then sprinkle with grated cheese and bake them for 15 to 20 minutes until golden brown in the oven. Stack them up and spread some cream cheese between the stars so they stick well. Insert a skewer through them and finish with a star made of cheese.

You will need: 125 g soft butter, 75 g powdered sugar, 2 tsp vanilla sugar, a pinch of salt, 135 g flour, 1 tbsp cocoa powder, Colored icing (Dr. Oetker). Extra needed: plastic wrap, rolling pin, Christmas cookie cutters, and baking paper.
Preparation:
Knead all the ingredients together except for the cocoa powder. Divide the dough into 2 halves and knead the cocoa powder into one part. Wrap the dough in plastic wrap and let it rest in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes. Meanwhile, preheat the oven to 170 ºC. Dust the countertop with flour and roll out the two types of dough to a thickness of about 4 millimeters. Cut out the Christmas shapes and place them on a baking sheet lined with baking paper, then bake the cookies for about 15 minutes until golden brown and cooked through. Allow them to cool and decorate with the icing.

Preparation method:
Preheat the oven to 200 ºC. Cut out stars from the puff pastry and brush with beaten egg. Sprinkle with the grated cheese and optionally salt. Bake them for 15 to 20 minutes in the oven until they are nicely browned and let them cool down well.
Thread the remaining ingredients onto the long skewers and finish with a homemade star, et voila! Cheerful Christmas appetizers.

Make the first snowmen of this winter with these candy and ice snowmen.
What you need: 8 licorice sticks (from a bag of English licorice), 4 licorice shoelaces, 1 liter of vanilla ice cream, 8 disco balls (baking decoration), M&M’s, wine gums, (black) lollipops, and grated coconut. Extra needed: ice cream scoop.
Prepare all the candy decorations. For the hat, moisten the bottom of 2 licorice sticks and press them onto a licorice shoelace. Pull some strands of the licorice shoelaces apart for the scarf. Let the ice cream slightly thaw and scoop out 4 large balls. Place the balls on plates and scoop a small ball on top of the large ball of ice cream. Then dress the snowman; hat on, disco balls as eyes, M&M’s as buttons, and wine gum as the nose. Finish off the figure with a broom and use the grated coconut as snow.

Finally, sprinkle some grated cheese over the shapes and bake them until golden brown for about 15 minutes.
