There are no fixed guidelines for homeschooling. As a parent, you may shape the education provided for your child(ren) yourself. However, an exemption from compulsory education is first required; there are certain rules for this that you can find on this website of the Dutch government. If you have more questions, for example about applying for or the costs of homeschooling, the website of the Dutch Association for Homeschooling offers a lot of information.
