Hi! I’m Charly (35), (attempting to be) a successful entrepreneur, and mother of two daughters, Olivia (3.5 years old) and Valentina (5 months). I live in Brabant, work in Amsterdam, and ever since I started my company, I’ve asked myself almost daily: how do people manage to combine kids and a career? How on earth do working moms do this? And I can’t be the only one wondering about this, right?

Starting this week, I’m diving into the podcast world with my latest podcast: Kids and Career, but how?! Every week, I’ll have conversations with inspiring guests who, just like me, are trying to navigate the chaotic balance between ambitious dreams and daily diapers. Think of entrepreneurs, doctors in hospitals, and managers in corporate roles who, like me, are juggling Zoom calls, pacifiers, and big ambitions. They’ll share their experiences, insights, and maybe even a touch of magic that could help us all find that balance just a little bit better.
