You can learn so much from kids! They are always honest and each babysitting service is different. This makes babysitting very challenging; it forces me to be creative and resourceful. For example, I've found that children are often easy to please if you play (new) games with them and give them lots of attention.

What I also really like is the gratefulness of parents when I come to babysit again. The children show their gratitude with lots of hugs and kisses, so cute!
