We take it very seriously if you fail to show up for a booking. This is absolutely not acceptable. If this happens, we will contact you by phone as soon as possible. Please note: depending on the situation, we will end the cooperation and remove you from our platform. So make sure this doesn't happen.

Of course, it’s also not nice when parents cancel a babysitting job. Does a parent cancel last minute? Then they even have to pay you part of it, since you are counting on your income. If a parent cancels within 3 hours in advance, you are paid for 2 hours. If a parent cancels within 24 hours in advance, you are paid for 1 hour. By being strict for both sides, we want to make sure that as few cancellations (and disappointments) as possible occur.
