Founder Charly is ambassador for the Joke Smit Prize: an award that is presented on 8 December 2021 to someone who is committed to improving the position of women in society. In an interview, Charly explains what her opinion is about the position of working pregnant women and new mothers:

"There is still not enough thought in the Netherlands given to the impact of a pregnancy in the workplace. Some women are sick to their stomach for weeks - or even months - on end. In addition, I find working full-time until a month before giving birth inhumane and would like to advocate for scaling back the work week toward the end of a pregnancy. As an employer, I also see the benefits of that. Fewer hours available, but still working effectively, instead of an employee who ‘sits out’ the last three months."
