Many companies invest in the work-life balance of their employees, for example by offering help with family life. One option is to offer a company babysitter through Charly Cares. A snippet of the article:

KPMG, BCG, Van Doorne and Deloitte use Charly Cares, a service where a babysitter can be arranged through an app. 'In case the lecturer is sick or if you have something from work in the evening,' explains a Deloitte spokesperson. Baker McKenzie is exploring the possibilities with Charly Cares. So is consulting firm Roland Berger, which already works with local parties. Employees at BCG can claim 80 hours annually through the app. At Van Doorne, that's 55 hours, including weekends. 'There is not a single large company in the Netherlands that we do not sit at the table with,' says founder Charly van der Straten.
