We personally check every Angel upon registration, and Angels provide at least 2 references from families they have previously babysat for. After each babysitting service, the parent rates the Angel in the Babysitting App using a star rating. A review can also be written, which you can read in the profile.

The Charly Cares App has an integrated chat, allowing you to discuss important matters about the babysitting service with the Babysitting Angel. It's also handy to use the chat during the babysitting service!

You are matched and can chat with the Angel via the app. During a babysitting service, you work with a timer. It starts when you leave and you turn it off when you return home. Then you select your payment method. Conveniently arranged!
