“She’s being very patient with my 3 years old boy who has been home a lot with mum and dad these months and gets very whiny and shy when a baby sitter arrives. after a few minutes they’re already happily playing around; at the end of the baby sitting session he just doesn’t want to stop! she’s also putting a lot of effoet into teaching him dutch as he’s mainly interacting in english and he needs to be prepared for dutch creche. in a week we have already seen tremendous improvements. she’s a nice, polite and smiling person. we’ll have her again, as much as her studies and future work will allow!”

“Franca has been looking after our 4 year old son for 3+ days a week for about 6 weeks. She was extremely reliable, always early/on time and was very flexible when we needed her, even at last minute which was great! She played all different games with him, read lots of stories and drew colouring animals for them which was super cute. The only downside was that often we would see Franca on her phone and my son was playing on his own in front of her. I had said from the beginning when she asked that we preferred her to interact and play with him during her time here so this was not what we expected. ”
