“Tracey is fantastic with our 1 year-old son. She watches him one day a week while we work from home. He naturally gravitates toward her friendly and caring demeanor. I often find them chatting away together, which is very cute as our son is just babbling (he can't talk yet) but Tracey is so sweet with him and talks to him as if they're having a conversation. She's clearly very experienced with children, including very young ones, and performs all of her duties with ease, including feeding, changing diapers, and putting him down for a nap. Would highly recommend her.”
