Easy peasy: all you have to do is create an account on Charly Cares, fill in the date/ dates on which you need a babysitter, indicate your wishes, and we will show you the matching Babysitting Angels. Then you can choose the Angel that suits you and your family best. A tip from us: always ask your babysitter to come a little early or schedule a date to get to know each other beforehand. That way you can already get used to each other.

Our Babysitting Angels can take care of both babies and older children. In their profiles you can check their experiences. Is having a driver’s licence a must for your babysitter? You can select on that. The babysitters can also cook for you (how great is that?) of pick up the kids from school. Does your eldest need to go to hockey practise? No problem, it is taken care off. It’s never been easier!
Reliable
Alright, finding a babysitter, that will be fine. But you might be wondering: what about reliability? A good and legitimate question. We always meet all Babysitting Angles who sign up at Charly Cares. Also, the Angel does the iDIN check and provides references from previous babysitting families. They are also reviewed after each babysitting service. We keep track of that.
Babysitter rates
In your search for a babysitter, you're probably also curious about rates. At Charly Cares we offer a membership, in addition to which you pay the hourly rate of the Angel. A distinction is made between daytime and evening rates. More about the rates can be found on this page.

How can you be certain that the Babysitting Angel is reliable?
Reliability is paramount at Charly Cares. Before our Babysitting Angels start working for us, one of our recruiters meet them via an online video call. We also check 2 references for each Angel. During the video call, we discuss the babysitter's motivation, experience, and personality at length. But ultimately, it is up to parent and Angel to judge whether there is a good match between the two parties. We therefore recommend a personal introductory meeting before the Angel comes to babysit.
What types of Babysitting Angels do you offer?
At Charly Cares, you can find several different types of Babysitting Angels. Some Babysitting Angels are available to support a family on a fixed basis, whereas other Babysitting Angels prefer to babysit only occasionally. There is always a babysitter who fits your babysitting needs, whether you are looking for a fixed, after-school, flexible, or last minute babysitter.
We do not have any au pairs or nannies on file. We do have fixed Babysitting Angels who are available to babysit at fixed times every week. Need a babysitter for multiple days every week? In that case, we advise that you book multiple Angels.
How do I book a Babysitting Angel?
Easy peasy! In our app, go to 'Discover' > 'Book an Angel'. Enter the dates and times for which you need a babysitter. You will then be able to either select 5 Angels yourself, or post your request on Jobboard.
Selecting 5 Angels yourself? Write a personal message and send the request, then wait for the Angels to respond. If one of them accepts, your request is successful.
If you choose Jobboard, write a personal message and post your requst to Jobboard. All Angels near you will be able to see your request and respond. In the end, you decide who ends up babysitting.
