Welcome to the stories of Charly Cares! You probably know by now that I am Charly, also known as Charlotte van der Straten. Together with my partner Xander Koenen, we have started a new adventure by setting up a business together.
Curious how this all started?
The beginning of Charly Cares
During my study we had to set up a company as a project. After this project ended so did the company. But parents still called me for help for the next six years.
With the arrival of Airbnb, Uber and Helpling, I saw the opportunity to combine this new online buying trend with a babysitting service. For some reason this kind of service was not available yet.
In 2015 Xander and I started with Charly Cares. An online service that allows parents to book a reliable babysitter via an app.
